Which edition should I get?
Get iPurge Full ($29, direct download) for every tool, including Tune, app leftovers on uninstall, developer and device leftovers, and the weekly tidy-up. The Mac App Store edition ($19) is sandboxed and focused: it works in the folders you choose and leaves out the tools the App Store doesn't allow.
I bought iPurge on the App Store. Can I upgrade?
Yes, for $10. Download iPurge Full, open the license sheet (the key icon at the bottom of the sidebar) and click App Store owner: $10 upgrade. iPurge checks the App Store copy on your Mac and opens checkout with the discount applied.
How does the license work?
One purchase of iPurge Full gives you one license key, emailed to you after checkout. You activate it offline inside iPurge. You may use it on up to 3 Macs that you own. App Store purchases are tied to your Apple ID instead.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
The trial lets you try iPurge Full for 7 days. To keep using it, buy a license key for $29 (one time). The App Store edition is free to scan, and lets you release up to 2 GB before the $19 unlock.
Do I need an internet connection to activate?
No. The license check is offline, using a cryptographically signed key.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. iPurge Full comes with a full 7-day free trial, so you can try every tool on your own Mac before you pay — please use it. Because your license key is delivered immediately after checkout, direct purchases (iPurge Full and the $10 upgrade) are not refundable. App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something does not work, write to us and we will help you get it running.
Do I pay again for updates?
Updates within version 1.x are free.
Who processes my payment?
Gumroad is our merchant of record for iPurge Full and the upgrade, and handles checkout, payment and taxes. App Store purchases are processed by Apple.
