Questions, answered
Is iPurge safe? Will it permanently delete my files?
No. iPurge never hard-deletes anything. Every item you remove is moved to the macOS Trash, so you can put it back. You also review every item before anything moves, and confirm in a dialog.
What does iPurge touch on my Mac?
Only your home folder and /Applications. It blocks system folders, iCloud, Keychains, Photos libraries and .git folders, skips running apps and Apple apps, and skips risky symlinks.
Does iPurge collect my data?
No. iPurge works fully offline, collects no personal data, and has no analytics or tracking. Its license check is offline too, using a cryptographically signed key.
How much does it cost?
iPurge Full is $29, one time, with a 7-day free trial and one license key per purchase. iPurge is also on the Mac App Store for $19 (a focused, sandboxed edition), and App Store owners can upgrade to Full for $10. There is no subscription.
